Refund & Cancellation Policy
Horizon Pass Marketing is committed to providing quality services, and we value clear, fair policies for cancellations and refunds. This policy outlines our approach to refunds and cancellations for various services.
Digital Marketing Services
- Cancellations: You may cancel ongoing digital marketing services by providing written notice at least 14 days before the next billing cycle. Cancellations requested within 14 days of the next cycle will apply to the following billing cycle.
- Refunds: Refunds for digital marketing services are typically not provided, as resources are allocated and campaigns require time to yield results. However, in cases where agreed-upon services have not been delivered, we may consider a partial refund, at our discretion.
Software Development Services
- Cancellations: Software development projects may be canceled with written notice. In such cases, you will be responsible for payment of all completed work up to the cancellation date.
- Refunds: Refunds will only be considered if an upfront payment has been made for project phases that have not yet been started. For stages that have been completed or delivered, payments are non-refundable. Any work completed but not delivered due to cancellation will not be eligible for a refund.
One-Time Services (e.g., Logo Design, Web Design)
- Cancellations: Cancellations for one-time services are only allowed if work has not yet started. For services where work has commenced, a partial refund may be provided, based on the proportion of work completed.
- Refunds: If canceled early in the process, a pro-rated refund may be issued, minus costs for the work completed. However, refunds are not available for final deliverables once they are provided to the client.
Project Cancellation Policy
Client-Initiated Project Cancellation
- Clients may cancel projects at any stage by providing written notice. The client will be billed for all work completed and resources allocated up to the cancellation date.
- Refunds: For canceled projects, refunds will only apply to uncompleted and undelivered phases if paid for in advance. Completed phases and deliverables that have already been provided are not eligible for a refund. If a project is prepaid, we will issue a pro-rated refund based on the remaining uncompleted work.
Company-Initiated Project Cancellation
- Horizon Pass Marketing reserves the right to cancel a project under circumstances such as non-compliance with terms by the client or if payments are delayed or consistently unpaid.
- Refunds: If we initiate the cancellation, a pro-rated refund will be provided for any uncompleted, undelivered work, provided all other payment obligations up to the cancellation date are fulfilled. Refunds are not issued for completed phases or work already delivered.
Termination Fees
- A termination fee may be applied if a project is canceled mid-term. This fee reflects the time, resources, and administrative costs incurred for the work done.
- Refunds: If a termination fee applies, it will be deducted from any potential refund for uncompleted, undelivered work.
Ownership of Work on Cancellation
- Horizon Pass Marketing retains ownership of any incomplete or unpaid-for work upon cancellation. Ownership of completed, paid-for deliverables will be transferred to the client.
- If the project is resumed within a specified period, we may apply previously made payments to the resumed work.
